After 27 draws, a lucky 50 years old soldier from Zaragosa, Nueva Ecija is now a millionaire after winning the jackpot of  6/49           ( 1/11/15 ) draw.

The  soldier got the combination of 6-13-19-31-34-38

to win the jackpot worth  P160 million.

The soldier from Nueva Ecija who opted to quit the service early so he could focus on taking care of his family has become a multimillionaire after winning the P160-million jackpot prize 6/49 draw last in the Jan. 11.

The 50-year-old soldier with one child was the lone winner who took home the P160,083,688 prize after randomly picking the winning combination 06-13-19-31-34-38.

He has been playing the lotto for the past 20 years and paid two combinations worth P40 in which one of the combination won the jackpot.

He plans to use his winnings to invest in a business and buy a house and lot for his family and would also share his new found wealth with his siblings and his parent.

Ultra Lotto 6/58.

Starting next month, lotto players can now win at least P50 million minimum after the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) board approved the roll-out of its newest game—the Ultra Lotto 6/58.

The new game, which will be drawn twice a week, every Friday and Sunday, would have the same mechanics as those of existing lotto games.

The only difference is that players now need to pick six numbers from one to 58.

Once the Ultra Lotto 6/58 starts its draw on Feb. 8 next month, which is the first PCSO game to be introduced in four years, it would become the agency’s game with the highest minimum jackpot prize at P50 million.

Currently, the Grand Lotto 6/55 has the highest minimum jackpot prize at P30 million, followed by Super Lotto 6/49 (P16 million), Mega Lotto 6/45 (P9 million) and 6/42 (P6 million).

WARNING: Check your own lotto ticket.

Winning the lotto jackpot would be a dream come true for you, would it not?

If you are lazy enough to check the lotto result posted on the wall better think twice.

You walk into the lotto outlet to have your ticket checked.

The lotto attendant takes your ticket, scans it, and discovers that it's a big winner. But she doesn't tell you that.

She just keeps the ticket and claims it herself.

Dream come true turns into a nightmare. Don't think it couldn't happen?

Yes it could happen because I have seen many lotto bettors do it.

They just leave the lotto ticket when the attendant says its a non winning ticket.

They really believe what the lotto attendant says.

Remember:
You should be the one checking it, just to be SURE.
